Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services at Dharche Basic Hospital include comprehensive care for mothers and children. Services provided include antenatal check-ups, safe delivery, postnatal care, newborn assessment, routine child health examinations, immunization, growth monitoring, and nutrition counseling. The hospital also provides family planning services, including condoms, oral contraceptive pills (OCP), injectable contraceptives (Depo), implants,and  intrauterine devices (IUCD).In addition, safe abortion services are offered using medical methods and Manual Vacuum Aspiration (MVA), with counseling, follow-up care, and post-abortion contraception. All services are delivered by trained and certified midwives and nurses, authorized by the Ministry of Health (MoH) after completing the required training. High-risk maternal or child cases are stabilized and referred to higher centers when necessary, ensuring safe and continuous care.
