Emergency services at Dharche Basic Hospital are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. All critical and urgent cases are assessed and treated immediately, including trauma, medical emergencies, and obstetric cases. Patients arriving before or after OPD hours are received through emergency services. After initial management, patients are admitted to the ward if hospitalization is required or referred to higher centers when necessary. The emergency unit also provides minor surgical procedures, orthopedic care including cast and slab application, wound management, and stabilization of critical patients.
